Foiled!
Friday, December 22, 2006 at 06:28AM That's right. My team and I tin foiled a fellow designer's cubicle. So here's the background: a fellow designer left for vacation this past week. He intends to return the Tuesday after Christmas. What he doesn't even know yet is that my boss, fellow designer and myself used over 500 square feet of tin foil and wrapped up EVERYTHING in his cube!
The pictures don't do it justice... We wrapped it all -- his phone, the mirror, his headphones, his hat, the action figures, the papers on his desk even the trash under it. We started around 3pm Wednesday afternoon and spent 3-4 hours wrapping. Then on Thursday we spent the entire day finishing it up.
$25 of tin foil and only 1.5 days of time ... not to shabby if I may say so myself. You can view all the pictures here:

Note - I'll be setting up a webcam and recording his reaction when he returns so SSSHHHH! don't tell him =)

I call it tin foil, and I live in the US. Is there a difference? o.o
"Yay! Let's waste a whole bunch of foil for a stupid prank and then throw it out when we are done! What a waste!"
Yes, because... We don't have a thing called recycling. You can't just... recycle METAL that was flattened. [/sarcasm] o.o Uhm, you can recycle that, you boob. I guess some people are just to ignorant to use the internet, when just a search on google can really answer that:
